Returns & Refunds Policy

At Safrin Skin Care, we strive for customer satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Conditions for Refund and Exchange

1. Item/s that need to be exchanged/refunded should be unused and in their original packaging.

2. Item/s must be returned for exchange/refund purpose within 7 days after the date of initial delivery of the item/s.

3. It’s necessary to send a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase with your return.

Incorrect or Damaged Products

If you happen to receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will make arrangements for the damaged or incorrect product. If it occurs, then proceed to return as follows:

1. Return the damaged product/s to us in their original packaging, along with the original packing slip or invoice.

2. Once we receive the product, we will issue a refund or make arrangements for incorrect product, including shipping costs within 24 hours.

Please note that refunds cannot be issued for products that have been opened, used, or damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
